Video not being displayed?

If you aren't able to view the vetpulse.tv videos, don't panic! Below is a list the most common reasons why videos wouldn't work for you.

Flash player not installed

Vetpulse.tv uses the Adobe Flash player to stream movies to you (much like YouTube). If you don't have Flash installed, you will be prompted to install it, which is really straightforward. Once installed, you can enjoy the vetpulse.tv videos!

You have an old version of the Flash player installed

In order to provide you with the highest quality videos with the smallest possible wait, we use a form of video compression that requires Flash player 9 or above. If you have an older version of Flash, you will be asked if you'd like to upgrade to the most recent version -- this is a painless and automatic procedure. Once upgraded, you'll have no problems watching the vetpulse.tv videos.
